  OP is right. It's possible to acquire a fixation on a body part or on a sex act without actually being attracted to the sex you'd be doing it with. Part of what porn does to you is numb you to natural eroticism and if you are addicted it's easy to get caught up in seeking thrills for the purpose of getting off. For some, that source of thrill can be depravity or the fact of an act being forbidden or considered (by others or even just them) wrong or weird. If he doesn't have feelings for other men, and he doesn't experience sexual desire for the male body when he sees or contemplates it, he's not bisexual. A disembodied penis is no more a man than a closeup of armpit hair or a jar of ejaculate.
