This is what happens if you do the following back to her.

*Punch and slam dunk her: Immediate jail

*Sexually harrass and be creepy back: rape call and highly potential jail time.

*Ingore her: She may get bored and stop or just be more creepy about it. People will think your gay for reacting this way.

*Be rude: She, including everyone else will give you dirty looks.

*Be nice and tell her you already have a girlfriend (when you actually don't) : She'll probably back off but find out its bullshit.

Divide her attention to something else: She'll probably stop and assume your not interested, but if she's a creeper then she'll keep drawing back into the subject.

My first reaction when I saw this was to laugh and I thought that it isn't an issue with us. However there are cases where in the workplace, this has got out of hand and a woman at work won't let up on a guy. There are even cases where a woman has tried to wreck a guys life at work. So if it happens at work, the best way is to tell the woman to stop and go to a supervisor if need be, or to the HR department.

You can try, and you will fail, possibly endangering yourself in order to report or stop a woman bent on sexual harassment, molestation, or rape. I have tried fighting it the legal way and all it did was cause character assination against me, and the woman was a pedophile.

Men are expected to like it, bow to a woman's sexual desires, and pay for it. The legal system has less than zero support for men.

Maybe report it? Most of the time they try to be discreet and I'm never touched. But I imagine if you feel uncomfortable tell them and if it continues report it to a supervisor.

Honestly, women in their 40's can be the worst and when they call you "honey" and stuff, it's really awkward. But women usually don't grab your butt or anything like that.
The unwritten rule is women can touch men first. I don't mind a hand on the shoulder, and hugs are even OK, but squeezing is just bad form in a non-sexual relationship.
