I believe that women  like how much that bothers men , yes. Not sure if they necessarily like that they can get it any time they want, but I definitely think they enjoy how much the idea of it is troubling to a lot of guys, because they like that guys are envying something from women. Although the irony of it is that women hate it if men are being desperate for sex, but loving it that they're also bragging to men how easy it is for them to get sex when they want. Basically they're stirring up frustration in guys but then hating when guys are acting on it.
