I never take sexy selfie. There was this one time my sister clicked few sexy picture of mine and she had put it on my social media. I didn't like it. I don't want anyone to see me like that. I am very much uncomfortable with that. I don't like being clicked like that nor I want anyone to see me like that. It just gives wrong impression. If people do it, then it's good for them. But for me, I am not comfortable with that neither I want anyone seeing me like that.

you have a great body. but here is my advice. dont do crunches. 1. Do squats. 2. Bended Knee Raises. look it up. do bended knee raises as long as you can until failure. do 5 sets per day. So start out trying to go 5 sets for 30 secs. then try to do 5 sets for 1 minutes the next day. and so on.
