I think it's an awesome deal ha... but some people don't like it - so be it - different strokes for different folks. As @brainsbeforebeauty said on this thread, you do you and everyone else should just do what they like... you don't see people get judgmental over ice cream flavors... why the heck should they over sex act likes :)

Topic does bring back great memories... the 1st time I did it was decades ago with my college girlfriend - was her 1st time trying it too. We dated for over 5 years and did all sorts of 1st time stuff... for anal, we did it smart (started slow with finger, etc. lots of lube... lots of patience... etc... ). Anus, to many, is not a natural passage to be penetrated and that's make it taboo. People are comfortable with uncommon things. Many girls disgust even the thought of anal sex and no, the reason is not only the pain. Its the mindset that it is dirty and you can't do much to change them.

People make more of a deal out of it then they should. Those that like it, like it. Those that don't, don't. But don't try to make people feel wrong for doing something just cuz "you" don't like it. That don't make the act wrong, just makes it "wrong" for you.
