I've been groped loads of times by men i barely knew in all different situations in life, at work, in maccys, in a nightclub and its not okay at all. Men are not intitled to just grope whoever they like whenever they like without consent. Woman are not play toys we are people and if you're not careful one day you might get a smack in the chops for doing so.
If it was my boyfriend i wouldn't mine so much depending were it was and how i was feeling. For example me and boyfriend recently met up for his birthday and had a picnic in a quiet park. Wed not seen each other for ages and he lightly grabbed my boobs and joked how much he missed them, then we looked down and a little boy was stairing at us. We bouth burst out laughing and ran off before he told his mum what he saw.
But if he was drunk and i was at a party for example with family and friends id find it extremely annoying and disrespectful.

Groping from a stranger or even a friend is entirely different from receiving a "surprise" consensual touch from a close partner.
Touching people like that or even just too much without their consent is never ok. I've never heard of anyone liking it. At the very least it will make them uncomfortable and feel awkward. In a worst case scenario, it will cause them to have severe anxiety if they've been abused before, and/or YOU could end up with serious injuries or end up incarcerated and on a sex offender list.
It's a fact but most of women wouldn't speak about this yes touching someone without their consent is not acceptable. But sometimes either the woman or the man gets turned on depending upon the situation. Groping is very common in Japan
