I have had male primary doctors for the majority of my life, so it has almost always been guys doing my physicals. No issue. Fully clothed. No big deal.
All of my GYN have also been male. I'm not sure why, I just feel more comfortable around males than females.
My first pap was done by my first primary dr (before I ever had a gyn) and I hated that Dr to begin with, he was a moron, but that was not a pleasant experience. I didn't feel comfortable being that exposed in front of him... I'm happy that it is common practice for male dr to ask if you would like a female present for these types of exams. I would have liked that to have been offered for my first pap. The only part of it I remember is him sticking 2 fingers inside and pressing down on my abdomen, like wtf? Is that even appropriate? I was happy when he retired. But that aside, every experience since has been calm enough and not awkward0 0 0 0I prefer males tbh they are gentle and understanding where as women are rough and rude in my experience even with massages its like they hate me so I just stick with men I haven't looked back. I won't ever see a woman again. I would rather suffer with whatever issue then book with a female when it comes anything to do with me or my health. Last time I went to the hospital I was talking to a female nurse who tried to send me home with a raging kidney infection. I was like this conversation is over I want to speak to a male nurse or Doctor please right now. I was arguing with her for 15 mins before she realized I wasn't giving her a choice and I wasn't going home until I got what I want. Saw Male Doc he saw what I was a mess and he sorted me out on the spot there was no argument. No no no my health not going any where near a female has to be male.

(14)I saw a male gynaecologist last year. And during labor I had a couple of guy doctors checking my dilation

The thought is scary but at that moment I couldn’t care less who was checking me
Yep! My gyno is a man in his 70s. He delivered me. He's extremely thorough, which is something very important in such a doctor.

1 0 0 0Is it weird?
I don't think it's any weirder than a woman doing it. I think it's just a matter of being comfortable with the doctor. My doctor has a way of making it feel routine.
Ahh okay
I always have

0 0 0 0Nope. I haven’t had one, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable with a male doctor doing it anyway.
