  • This can all be chalked up to the fact that people have literally beaten modesty into women's heads for generations upon generations. Back years ago women were shamed for showing too much skin. You were seen as undesirable because your body was literally seen as your husband's property. Your husband should have been the only one seeing you intimately. So as the years progressed and more and more women started losing all traces of modesty and started having multiple partners instead of saving themselves for their husbands, people became offended. You also have to take religion into play here. The largest religion world wide is Christianity. Christians see it as a sin to show skin or to have more than one partner. Or a "Hootchie", I believe is the term I heard most often. So even though times have changed, people still hold on to those old school values that have been beat into their heads as the generations continue. I personally was raised in a strict Christian household with old school values and I would not be caught dead outdoors showing too much skin. Mainly because modesty was something that has always been extremely big in my family. However, even with that said, I do not get offended at all when women show off their bodies. Womens bodies are beautiful, more often than not. I love when a woman has so much security within her self image that she can comfortably flaunt what she has and show off her flaws and have zero remorse in doing so. I envy women who have that trait because I simply do not possess that confidence. I am terrified of showing my skin to anyone. My flaws are far too great, especially after beating 3 children, and I cannot overcome it.

    • Lol, bearing, not beating. Whoops.

    • This was such a fantastic answer!!! ✨🧚‍♀️✨ Thanks for your thoughts and time!!! You ROCK 🌟

    • You're welcome! 🥰

  • Because they're either:
    1. Jealous that they can't get a body like that.
    2. Wish they could get a girl with a body like that.

LADIES, LOVE AND CELEBRATE THE SKIN YOU'RE IN!!!

    • Thank you!!! 🎀💖🎀

  • Yea... for me personally, i don't mind much if a girl wears dress decently.

But if she like wears a dress showing her cleavage or tight pants showing off their butts, or wearing light dress where nipples poke out... well... for me... that's kinda uncomfortable.

I mean, a woman's body is sacred and all, and most men respect that. But when the women wears such kinda dress showing off her body parts to other people, guys aren't into that women, and will have a dislike towards them.

Other than that there's no prob.

And yea... Calling such girls a SLUT is wrong. I don't agree with that at all.

No one has a say in what other people chooses to wear. You have to respect their decision of fashion and not be an asshole and try controlling it using words like that.

If you don't like what she wears, do tell them that. Nothing else. Coz it's none of your business.

    That's what i think anyways 🙊

    • Thanks for the detailed feedback!!! Loved the read!!! Thanks a bunch ✨

    • Anytime 😋

  • dont think people in general are offended by the female body, but many of the people follow what society states is ok about the female body, as they do with the male body too
if society states it is ugly it must be shunned away and viewed as such... but way i see it... much of what society states is limiting people's capacity to see the beauty of a person just cos that person doesn't conform to standards doesn't mean they are ugly, it means they are different...
if we all followed what society believes/or states we would be no smarter than sheep

    • Thanks for the feedback 🎀

  • It doesn't bother me any. It probably bothers far more women then men, in fact, at least in western culture.

    • I agree ✨

  • Being a nudist from birth, and considering we are all born that way anyways, I have always wondered about that myself :)

  • I find naked bodies to be simply bodies, it's our mind that sexualizes them or feels a sense of shame - people will always find a reason to guilt or sexualize a body depending on how they view it/view themself.

I find that it's straight men's sexual desires which drive the way women view and present themselves. I find it more so "normalized" and "accepting" for women to pose and dress sexually than to say see her breastfeeding in public. Nurturing a child has more of a negative stigma than a female dressing and posing in provocative clothes.

    • With your follow up question, I've mentioned that people will still "shame/guilt/offend" the naked body regardless of how attractive/unattractive she is - from her size, freckles, scars, body hair... immature people will still find a way to tear others apart. Some people just can't get it through their minds that every body comes in all shapes and forms. We're all entitled to our own opinions and views, but with these views comes those that feel offended or shamed.

  • As a nudist, I haven't the slightest clue. Maybe its because they've been taught that a nude female is something to tempt them into sin/immoral behavior by society, rather than controlling their own sexuality.

    • I like your perspective 🎀

  • They think the female body isn't for show, they think the breasts are for boys and babies and vagina is for sex and birth

    • Loveeeeeeee your opinions!!! Thanks a bunch 🎀💖🎀

    • Love your tits.

  • To put it bluntly, it likely has to do with the issue of causing erections and risking shame for it, to put it bluntly, so really if the female body should be able to be more exposed when wanted, then accidental boners shouldn't be shamed. That can at least solve some of the male uncomfortaleness with it. If females get to 30 and are still uncomfortable, maybe it's time to test for a closet lesbian?

    • FACTS 💟

  • Westerners don't like to admit that they are, but most of them are giant prudes. To go topless at a beach as a female the way westerners react you'd think their christian god is going to send that person to hell or something. In Europe simply nobody would care. The same way nobody care's if they can see the man's nipples at a beach or not. It's just normalized and natural. Get over it people.

    • Yessssss!!! Get over it!!! ✨

  • I love both naked female and male bodies, I get more turned on by a woman though. People just need to grow up.

Seeing your own naked body is no different from another person, it is just the mind that freaks out.

    • Re: update. I just think that is a standard already present. People like beauty and will be more accommodating. Any naked female body is welcome in my garden, I have lots of wine and prosecco! 😉

  • Who is offended by the naked female body? with the exception of high and mighty religious people, of course.

    • Ahahahaha those are the ones 🌸

  • That offends me..

    • Ahahahaha 🤭😋✨ oh well... Close your eyes💖

  • I'd say it takes something that's personal and belongs to you and just make it public or easy to get. It takes away part of what others would have had to have earned and just gave it to them without them deserving it. Hopefully that makes sense

    • It definitely does!!! Thanks for the feedback 🎀

    • Welcome :)

    • Attractive or not, it's still the same idea for me

  • Competition and exposure. A naked body cannot be changed to be more attractive with fashion or clothing or simple makeup.
When you are naked you are what you are.
Competition? We don't want to look bad compared to anyone else because we don't someone to steal our partner.
Exposure? We are what you see. And people can't hide.

    • Love this post ✨

    • Update: Attractiveness has nothing to do with my comfort around nudity. I don't WANT to see a naked granny but it doesn't disgust me.

    • Thanks for answering the update (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)

  • I often have wondered that myself. I think it's partly the envy that women without great bodies suffer becomes jealousy becomes outrage.

The other half is puritanical teachings from the past and religious zealotry.

But... there's a silver lining to this as well. Because these things have become taboo in that sense, it makes it more desirable and exciting. Many different sexual kinks suffer the same shaming yet because they are taboo, it makes them more exciting as well.

  • Because they are deranged, I'd guess.

  • I just think people are always looking to make something ignorant
out of the Naked Body and this shouldn't always be

    • So true 👏👏👏

    • Yes for sure

  • Ok can we talk about the first picture though?😩

    • Yeah we can.

  • I'm not offended, I'm more 'annoyed' by certain people. Like those attention whores or people inconsiderate about what is actually going on

  • Well its just something really really sad about our society we have just made it so intolerant that we can't even see people dressing up as per their choice n that specially applies to girls as if they are confident enough to show their beauty instead of appreciating their confidence we start getting judgmental
N i say for fuck sake if you can't be positive at least stay the fuck out of my business as i am not interrupting your life with my dress choices

    • EXACTLY!!! You don't have to like it but I don't need your opinion either... Sorry just venting... Thanks for the awesome feedback I totally agree✨🧚‍♀️✨

    • I wish there could be many many more of you in our society honey

  • I don't know. People are stupid. They think everything is about sex.

    • EXACTLY!!! Thanks for the feedback 🎀

  • No idea.. historically it stems from puritanical groups and sex negative feminists.
