Is posing naked for a photoshoot an art?

I think so. But I suppose it depends on your boundaries. While I think that 'the model' (sorry to sound like I'm objectifying your sister, but I'm being honest and sincere) has a stunning figure, and the lighting, composition etc are fantastic. When does something stop becoming art, and start becoming porn? Well IMHO, once the posts start gratuitously showing nudity, legs wide open or if male, an erection etc. This is nowhere near that, is it 'sexy'? Well, yes, a little. Does it make me think of sex? No. Honestly no more than if it were a statue made of marble, because it's just a photo.
To have a figure like that, and the confidence to pose for a photographer and (possibly) crew etc is not 'easy money'. I wouldn't be ashamed if that were my sister, though obviously I'd not think it were sexy, but still art. Nothing is 'on show' and for the record, yes I have a sister!

Well of course the photo is, it’s a particularly artistic photo and a photo by definition is art.

Whether you like it or not, think it’s appropriate or not is another matter but it is art either way.

Personally, I love the photo. It’s sensual without being overly pornographic.

Yes. But there is a difference between boudoir/erotic and gratuitious nude shooting. I've shot a number of boudoir/erotic and absolutely love it. I've done one "porn" style and tbh found it very boring and predictable

That's definitely art. Your sister's nudes are very tasteful. They show off her beauty, but there's nothing pornographic about this.
