How the heck is it acceptable for a woman aged 22 to have sex with a 14 year old boy, and see no jail time for it because it was ruled mutual?

The double standards are strong here. I see this all the time in the news. A male sexual predator sentenced to 100 years in prison for raping a little girl... But a woman does the same thing and sees no consequences for it.. Its disgusting and evil.

Want to be even more depressed? Take a look through all the media outlet reportings on these stories. See how many times you can find female abuser cases where they use the word "rape" or "rapist". It's always "had sex" or "an affair" or "a romp".

Still not enough? Take a look at the records of serial rapists. See how many of them were sexually abused in this way- usually by women; most rapists target the opposite sex- when they were kids. Golly, you tell an underage rape victim he should be grateful, and he turns out to have warped views of sexuality? Who would've thought!

There is nothing that is okay with a 22 year old having sex with a 14 year old no matter which gender is what. It is statutory rape. This is a habitual problem that women rapists get lesser sentences and it's wrong. It has to be brought up to the justice system. The judge is the one that made the unlawful sentence and needs to explain themself for the unfair double standard and lack of justice being through to the poor child who was raped.

Thats the society we live in, no matter what the male is always responsible and no matter the age the female is NEVER responsible. Thats why we get occurences like this which are the norm not the exception and things like the court ruling of Hermsman vs. Seyer (12 year old boy was forced to pay child support to his babysitter who raped him.). Its quite disgusting honestly.

I agree that it should be punished. However I want to point out that if you look at the comments of these sorts of articles, you will find that 99% of the people supporting the double standard are men saying "I would have loved to have sex with my teacher when I was a teenager!"

The comments that you always see from 'men' are the other side of the simp problem. In short, they are so desperate for sex, and so thirsty, that sex by any means is supported. These are simps, not men. Many of the judges are also desperate simps too.

When I was 14 I would have been very happy to have sex with any woman. BUT now that I have a 14 year old boy of my own I have a very different opinion. 14 year olds are not emotionally mature enough for this. It is not "mutual" because the minor does not have enough information to give consent. Most likely the experience will affect his relationships going forward, and not in a positive way.

That is not acceptable at all, I can guarantee if the roles were reversed and it was a 22 year old man with a 14 year old girl then he'd be going to jail
