Have you heard of “free the tatas”? it’s an organization that promotes the feminist view that women should be able to go topless in the same places that men do. What you’re saying is a cultural bias. Women should be allowed to go topless anywhere. Restricting it means that men and women don’t have the same right to freedom of expression.
