Depends. There are some younger 'kids' in the house next door, and they love rocking, and playing loud music late, and BBQs and all the usual fun!!
The guy that owns the house came over to meet me, a few weeks after they moved in. Seems the neighbor on the other side complained, A LOT about them, so maybe he was trying to make friends so I didn't complain?
They hadn't bothered me, and I had no issues, but we both brew beer, and do a lot of wood working, so I got invited, openly, when they are grilling, and rocking!!
Lots of beautiful younger ladies, and just WOW, and I just said I was Old enough to be their Dad, and that made some flirt more!! LOL!!
Of course I look, and they love that I look, because I am "The Perfect Gentleman" as one said!
I just make an appearance, and so they know I am cool with their party, then I go home while they do all the things kids do, today!!
