A previous version of the rules (either in the FAQ or the moderator manual - I don't remember which) said regarding nudity that as long as the genitals or female nipples are not visible, it's acceptable.
The current statement seems vague to me. For example, a full body picture of someone wearing nothing but socks would not technically be a "full nude" right? But I'm pretty sure they don't want that on here. So, as a moderator I tend to rely on the previous explanation when deciding whether or not to hide a post because it's more specific and less subjective.
Regarding why female nipples are unacceptable but male nipples are acceptable, I suspect that's because generally in society - at least American society - female nipples are considered sexual and male nipples aren't and that the site administrators chose to follow that approach.
As for whether your post would be removed, I think it would depend on what exactly is visible. If it doesn't violate the "no genitals" rule, I personally wouldn't remove it but I'm not sure what other mods might do or what the admins (who make the final decision about anything that a mod hides) would do.

I just saw your latest update. It's the admins that make the final decision so I can't say with 100% certainty, but here's my guess. If the clothing is opaque but the shape of the nipples is visible then it would be allowed, but if the clothing is sheer so that the actual nipples are visible through it then it would probably be removed.
