This is a complex, multi-part question.

Is it obvious when a girl gets a boob job?If I knew her, and she's an A or B-cup one day, and a week later she's a D or DD, then of course it's obvious she got a boob job.

If I didn't know her before, then it's not always obvious. Even thin girls can sometimes have big natural boobs, so boob size alone doesn't tell the story.

How can you tell if a girl has had a boob job?

Again, without seeing her naked, you can't always tell 100%, but most of the time, if she's wearing somewhat boob-revealing clothing, I'm going to be able to tell - probably 80-85% of the time.

Here's an example pic I marked up previously that shows common signs of breast implants that you can often see even if she's technically wearing clothes - obviously you can't tell with a thick sweater or a padded bra and full-coverage top, but if you can see a decent amount of her boobs, you can look for these things. Implants often cause the tops of the boobs to have an obvious rounded shape, where real boobs hang more like a teardrop shape from the collarbone, sloping outwards with no circular seam. Bras and bikinis often won't have the strings or straps laying flat against her chest - they'll leave gaps that rarely happen with real boobs.

And the most obvious giveaway, though not always easy to see, is rippling around the edges of the implant. If she's in doggy style, with her boobs hanging down, or just leaning forward, they're often VERY visible.

If she's naked, there are other signs. Obviously you can often see scars, either round the lower half of her areolas or under the breast fold. Silicone implants feel and move more like natural breasts, but they are fully filled and sealed at the factory, and so they must be inserted directly into the breast, so that's usually done via one of those methods (areola or under-breast incisions). Saline implants can be implanted empty and filled in place, so they can be implanted using incisions at the belly button or armpit, but saline implants are more noticeable inside the body, and don't feel or move like real breast tissue.

Another problem that is visible when naked is when the implant and the breast tissue don't align, leaving a noticeable ridge where they meet which the industry calls the "double bubble" problem. And even when this isn't a problem during normal conditions, a woman whose breasts are bouncing or jiggling (just walking around naked, for example, but obviously when having sex) can have the real breast tissue sitting on top of the implant moving dramatically while the implant moves far less, making the implant very noticeable. You get something like the double-bubble effect, but only when the breasts are moving.

In my experience, the smaller the original boobs were (i. e., the less natural breast tissue you started with), the more obvious the implants are likely to be - especially since girls with small boobs who are going to spend money on implants tend to want to go quite big to "get their money's worth" - and in my opinion they often look awful, because all of the signs of implants are readily visible (see Victoria Beckham below). I have seen a few girls who were small to start with and have gotten SMALL implants and they looked pretty good. But, say, a girl who is a C-cup could become a D or DD-cup and, at least for a few years, would look fairly natural. Eventually, though, with boobs that big, they'll tend to sag, and then you get Jenna Jameson boobs where the implants end up 3-4 inches lower than where they started. That's why she so often kept her bra/top on (with cups pulled down) or were holding them or had her arms under them during the second half of her porn career. I'd have been much more attracted to her natural C-cups.

I have a strong preference for natural breasts (regardless of size), but I would not pass up a girl just because of breast implants. But I would be lying if I didn't say that it would be part of the equation when making an overall decision.

I think experienced guys almost always know, maybe not right at the first second you meet her, but we pay attention to a lot of things and it can become pretty obvious, even for women with average sized boobs after the surgery. My ex wife got them and I was against it from the start, and she never knew how much I really didn’t like them, she just knew I preferred her the way I married her, but every time you have sex your just staring at huge scars and they jiggle differently, and there’s a lot of super fucked up boob jobs that permanently fuck up a girls chest. That will never be attractive when they did the shit to themselves and now they are super fucked looking lol. I’m not talking about breast cancer stuff those are no ones fault and they are hopefully healthy now, but putting your boobs at risk for no reason and having them turn out poorly is 100% on you and it’s no fun for anyone.

Now some guys just love huge tits for whatever reason and it always seems like quantity over quality to me. That’s just me though

to me, only the really Big boob jobs are noticeable, unless you know the girl before she gets implants.

I remember when 90210 was on and over a summer, Tori Spelling got implants. It was almost comical coz she went from flat chest to big D cup, dangling boobs.

The only time I have clearly noticed a girl has implants is in the locker room if she has scars on the bottoms of her boobs or has scars around her areolas.

A lot depends on how old she is. If she is young and maybe not over a C cup, it is expected more that her boobs will be perky and stick straight out without enhancement.

If however, she has large boobs or is older than a teenager and they remain in a straight forward position, you can bet your great grandma that something is rotten in Denmark... lol

Not always. The mistake a lot of girls make (if they're trying to look natural, that is; I assume they are, but I've never asked) is in going too big; leaping from a B cup to a DD is rarely going to look right. There's also a big adjustment period, but I'm not sure if you meant "is it obvious when she gets" or "is it obvious when she's had". It's usually much easier to take fake from real when they're naked in front of you, but at that point, you probably have other things on your mind.

Yes. Real boobs aren't that perfectly shaped or inhumanly perky. Real boobs are very saggy and teardrop shaped, unless her mother blessed her with goddess breasts.

The biggest giveaway though is the "Grand Canyon Cleavage!" Eeew! I HATE that! Your breasts shouldn't be in two different area codes!

As for dating a girl with a boob job? It's irrelevant for me, unless they were unnaturally huge boobs and just looked huge, veiny, gross, and disgusting. Sometimee its noticeable if the size of them like tripled seemingly out of no where. But not all the boob jobs are designed for size increases i think they do some procedures to make them perking and stuff like that.

Its only obvious when they had a massive bomb job and you can tell they went up several cup sizes just at a glance.

These days it is kind of difficult to differentiate because surgeons just get better and better lol. I know this transgender who told me there is a procedure without putting implants that will give a more natural look as they are soft and a little saggy.

That depends how good of one, I would recommend girls dont, I get that it's more for you and it makes you feel like "more of a woman" but I wish they wouldn't, it's a risky unnecessarily operation, and yes every operation is risky. Dont think your doing it for me, I like all boobs, and that being said boobs do not make the woman.

In my experience implants dont feel great in the hand, maybe I've only ever touched really cheap implants?🤷‍♂️ I honestly like all boobs, Acups are just fine to me, I have never seen boobs so small that I wouldn't have fun with them, I'd rather fondle a real Acup then a Dcup implant.

Yes. Boob jobs are obnoxious. They are almost never necessary and when women do get them they always go a size too big. I love women with smaller boobs. A cups and B cups are beautiful. Women should be more patient because if they decide to get pregnant those boobs are going to get a lot bigger.

In think it’s obvious when you get naked.

Looks: The way they set on the body can be too perfect. They hang differently than natural breast of the same caliber. Some will show no scars at all but I can still tell.

Feel: Fake breast feel more gelatinous than real breast. When you grab then fake breast will try to push back to their original form. It’s because they are encased and not meant to pop. So when you squeeze, there’s no more room for the solution to compress. So naturally it’ll want to push back.

Real breast will be firm and will go back to original form much more slowly. Because breast tissue isn’t enclosed in plastic material.

I myself do appreciate natural breast, which also can say I’m bias.

I'd totally date a girl with a boob job and it depends on how natural it is and how much you added. For those that know you if might be a red flag depending on how much you get done. But if it's suttle or a smaller type of addition then it might not be as noticeable but just enough to wear people subconsciously notice there is something pleasantly different about you

That depends, size and shape are usually the first thing people will notice (natural breast that are perfectly round and gravity defying do not occur naturally) I have seen girls that have breast implants that look totally natural. I myself have small breast, i wouldn't change mine at all. I wouldn't judge anyone who has breast implants and it wouldn't factor into my decision as to whether I would date them or not 😁

Depends on the clothes she wears prior to the surgery for starters with and without a bra on.

Otherwise unless she recovers like she is recommended to by her surgeon or the doctor that did it just sucks, then yeah. It can be pretty obvious. I have seen more bad boob jobs than good. Only two have been great.
