Is it too early for me to lose my virginity if we’ve been dating for 3 months or is it good? I honestly feel like he’s the one?

I love this guy with all my heart and he loves me too, he is always talking about how he wants to grow old with me, marry me, and he’s a very sweet guy. He is the only guy that I want to give my virginity to. I’ve been wanting to lose my virginity to him for the longest time. He is 4 years older than me and he has had sex with about 3-4 girls from his previous relationships and he described the sex he had with them as empty
