Not every girl does necessarily, but think about this: most people attend college away from home, where their parents/family/friends aren't around to see them and judge them, and at college, you will be around more single people in your age bracket than any other time in your life, and a lot of them will be looking to have fun and experience the freedom of living away from home as an adult for the first time, and so, yes, a lot of people have a lot of sex with a good number of partners at college. Consider too that there tends to be a lot of alcohol, and weed, and other drugs, at college, and that's a factor too. Drunk girls are horny girls, and are easy to manipulate as well.
Again, not everyone who goes to college gets involved with the party lifestyle, and it's a lot easier to party if you are a journalism major or a gender studies major than if you are taking a STEM major, but it is a pretty common thing that happens.
Sex is the most likely in college because your parents can't hear you. Add in almost everybody drinking and grinding, sex is bound to happen.
I mean, it depends on your standards. I went to a tiny liberal arts college and out of the 1,300 students there, I was attracted to three of the men I met. No joke! Most of the guys there were skinny, fat, socially awkward, or weird. However, a lot of girls didn't seem to care and just hooked up with those less-than-optimal-looking men anyway.
That's because it was a liberal arts college.
