About 3 times a week; or every other day. But then again, I think I have a low sex drive. I have been single most of my 33 years alive (like 31.5 of them), so I don't really desire sex too much. Also, I don't approve of masturbation. I really dislike it and think of myself as mentally weak whenever I do it. (I also have a super-stressful job though).

However, I am atypical. Despite this, I still think I do... THAT far more often than most women do. If I had to guess, I'd guess women masturbate like, one or two times a month? Maybe four if they're in their twenties. Of course, I could be wrong.

It just depends. Most of my life, daily. I don't have as much opportunity lately, so not as often. Also, sometimes I like to let it "build up" for a while. After a few days it feels better and is more intense. After a week or even two, even more so. I wouldn't want to go more that two weeks for risk of explosion.

I use to masturbate daily and sometimes more. But then I realized that doing so was screwing up my hormones. Having an orgasm releases feel good hormones. So doing it more can feel good but the body then stops producing it because you are (in a way) artificially producing it. So when the hormones go away you feel depressed and suddenly you’re cumming just to feel normal. So now I try not to everyday. I also like to wait so that when I fuck a girl I have more cum.
