I only have sex when i'm in a committed relationship with a woman, and normally it depends on how committed and what she wants if she wishes to continue using condoms then that will be what we do, however i do find them uncomfortable and some irritating due to latex allergy so this is known beforehand and i deal with that after.. or before if must use latex condoms, or i bring latex free ones with me

but i do prefer without once we know we are both 100% serious about each other and the risks

@MDF_ANJ circumcision causes it, as the foreskin has a bunch of nerve endings, more than the glans. Once removed, the glans dries out and desensitizes. For me, I also had poor healing from it, which called amputation neuromas from the nerve endings that were cut from circumcision attempting to heal, but failing, so I get constant pain, plus the skin is prone to tearing during an erection due to too much skin removal. Wish I'd had a choice, but this is life.
