Yeah, back in the late '80s was my 1st time to skinny dip in a public place. One late night, my girlfriends & I snuck out of our respective bedroom windows and rendezvoused at nearby Central Park in Fremont, California where Lake Elizabeth is located. We'd swim fully clothed to a tiny island called Duck Island where we'd all take off everything we're wearing and run back into the water.
Meanwhile, my husband & I skinny dip in our pool & hot tub all the time. Also, the recent 4th of July long weekend had a few skinny dips in the lagoon with a few friends.
My old business partner lived about a block away from there back 20 years ago - I know the area well. Sadly, I didn't see you there, though!
@MrOracle, I moved to the Republic of the Philippines in 2020 and lived there 19 years. After I returned, I visited Lake Elizabeth again last year just to reminisce.
Not sure what the question is asking exactly.. I don't think girls call each other "buddy's".. I have some very good friends that are girls where I guess you could say we're buddies..

I don't have a pool, and no longer have a hot tub, but in the past when I did, I've done it plenty, and there are a few people in my local BDSM circle who have pools and private yards, and so a few times a year they have pool parties that last into the evenings, and skinny dipping is the norm.
Fully - in a pool at an ex's backyard, yes. The water was nice against the skin. But out in open water, no, a bit hesitant as though the lakes where I'm at are deemed "safe", I personally keep the bottoms on - but have dove in topless.

Yes I have. Many times. Mostly near the river near my house, and sometimes at a lake in the middle of the night at the provincial park while camping with a girl. It's fun with a group of friends too, or if you are with a group of friends camping, sneaking out with your girl in the middle of the night to go skinny dipping then sneaking back into your tent later. Yes. A couple times in a private swimming pool. Once, I was sailing on a quiet lake with a girlfriend (long ago now). It was her idea to go swimming. I dropped anchor and we jumped in.
