How to handle being jealous of other peoples sex lives?

Whenever i read or discuss sex lives with women who are ok with divluging it i get insanley jealous because i can't seem to have any of that

Like they would describe how a guy ate her out for 30 minutes and it was amazing id get jealous. She would say she rode a guy for ages and he didn't cum gets me jealous

I dont have the capability of doing all those things because i have so many mental walls that prevent from engaging in sex (main one is that i think of sex as a skill to master)

Im not sure how to combat it

I used to get jealous as well when I was a virgin and other people would speak about sex. But it will come, you will have your moment, I promise! You can try to work on these mental walls yourself for now! I read a book about this, they called it "Brakes" though. It was aimed to girls, it really helped me

I can get why a guy would lie about sex (i never believe anything a guy says when it comes to sex as i expect them to be lying). But why would a women lie?

In short, the easiest way to stop the jealousy is to just stop asking them about it altogether. Ignorance is bliss, and all that.

I ask because i want to know because it gives me ideas and new things to try Im inexpireanced myself and reading articles and watching porn will only get me so far

Experience is the only way to figure that out for sure. Asking others will only get you so far (and really not that far at all tbh).
