There's a variety of reasons.

• Assumption that they are tighter.

• Are turned on about getting to see your first reactions to everything and help you transition from being nervous about sex to being comfortable.

• Feeling more intimate/special that its something you haven't done/shared with anyone else and that you chose them as the first.

• Most guys don't really like/enjoy the mental image of other men having put their dicks inside their girlfriend. Its something guys just accept or avoid thinking about because they have to but if they have the option to be a girls first they will often find that more appealing.
