uuuh I don't know if that's possible to "train" myself to cum faster. it's simple, the more stimulation and the more foreplay the easier and faster I cum. So if anything I think there would just be more "work" beforehand.
I mean I've never thought about dead things, I have tried to not pay attention and counted the blinds, thought about everything and anything that was not sex related, but never disgusting things.
