  • Absolutely FALSE.

Just because an erection is needed for intercourse, doesn't mean we have complete control over it.

ANY kind of stimulation, wanted or not, could cause an erection. That's just how the male bodies are. Your physical body doesn't know, or care if you WANT to have sex, it only cares about procreation and will do everything it can to do such.

That's even without the use of drugs.

There are PLENTY of drugs on the market that encourage long term erections. All a female had to do is grind it up and put it in the guy's drink or even food and BAM!!! an unwanted erection pops up and now she can do whatever she wants with it.

That's just rape with his penis. There's also anal rape which is common in prison. An asshole is just as easy to rape as a vagina.

So there are MANY ways a guy can be forced to have sex and be raped. It's not exclusive to just women.

The only problem is, you don't hear about guys being raped because no one takes into consideration the above scenarios. They don't understand the science behind the male anatomy.

As a result, guys are ridiculed and ignored when they file rape charges against a female. So, they don't even try.

As hard as it is for a female to come forward against being raped because of the shame they feel, imagine what it's like for a strong, masculine man to come forward saying a petite woman raped him.

  • False. Statistically men are raped by women at comparable rates. You can't claim its not by force so it doesn't count.

Thats not really accurate. Yes men are physically stronger then women but men are also conditioned from childhood to never ever use their strength against a woman no matter what (we are not even allowed to defend ourselves against a woman who is violently attacking us) so that strength difference never comes into play. If she rapes him he is the bad guy if he tries to stop her and his life is destroyed. She can also threaten him by telling him that she will accuse HIM of rape if he doesn't go along with it (this was the favored tactic of the female rapists in the correctional field (over 90% of all rapes in juvenile detention centers were of women raping the boys in the facility and for the most part they simply threatened them with this in order to get away with it).

    So no, that is incorrect.

  • This is not true.

    • Just tie ur husband and try it😉

    • @JM20022018 I’m not married and that would only prove my point

    • Actually it won't prove a point because a man's penis can be aroused by touch alone because it's subconsous. A man gets those ertections all the time if You haven't noticed We call it morning wood and it happens all the time if He is healthy. Hell I can lie on My bed and lean into My body pillow and get erections just by the pillow touching My penis and it happens whether I'm thinking about sex or not. So technically You could tie a man down when He is sleeping and He will still get hard from You messing with His cock whether He wants You to ride it or not and without consent that is still considered rape. The problem is society has this twisted mentality if a woman somehow sticks Her vagina around His cock its considered a blessing and You see this all the time when a female teacher has sex with the minor the boy is high fived by society and the teacher is given a very light sentence where is the sexes were reversed the girl is a victim whether is She wanted it or not and the man is a monster and given a long sentence. I personally think when it comes to sex with minors women are treated like children whom have no control of their actions and that's why they get off lightly on practically everything and men are supposed to know better because they are adults so the book is thrown at them because they should have known better.

  • Legally, yes; I don't know of any jurisdiction where female-on-male rape is classed as rape. In some places, it's "sexual assault" (and that's not just semantic hair-splitting; often the maximum penalties they face are less than the minimum penalties for rape); in some, it's not illegal at all.

Morally? It's absolutely false. Rape is a terrible thing, and if I had my way, the laws on it would be completely gender-neutral.

  • Uh yes, yes they can. Anyone is capable of being overpowered by a stronger individual or drugged by someone and get taken advantage of.

  • True. Men can be raped too.

  • Is that a challenge

    • Ouff

  • I don't think it's true. There's many things a rapist can do in order to get their victim, whether male or female. They can drug their drink or food to knock them out, get them drunk, restraint them from moving, threaten them with something, trick, etc. A woman just may not be physically aggressive at first in order to commit rape. But it can and does happen, it's just guys cannot talk about it or they don't remember it happening.

  • Unquestionably false. A drug can be slipped into a drink, and a guy can wake up with a girl on top of him, and he may have had an erection while passed out. It should be considered rape, but trying to press charges for such actions isn't possible. I speak from experience.

    • That's because society has some sick twisted logic that if a woman's vagina comes into contact with a MALES penis it's considered as doing Him a favor. You can see this sick twisted logic play out when a teacher fucks an underage student everyone is high fiving the boy and the woman gets the lightest sentence possible. It never occurs to them that the boy was manipulated just like how a man does the same thing to a little girl. The thing that I find more disturbing is the man in that situation is crucified and it doesn't even matter if the little girl wanted sex or not because Her opinion or wants don't matter because some how society has deemed that little girls can't have wants because they are incapable of making decisions where as a little boy is perfectly cable of being held accountable for His decisions. It's a real sick twisted logic that treats women like children and doesn't hold them accountable because society assumes they can't make rational decisions.

  • Absolutely false, and that answer is obvious to anyone who knows the legal definition of sexual assault.

    • A guy can be raped by having any object forcibly inserted in his anus.

  • I been sexually assaulted by women, held down by two when I was 14 while they rubbed against me in front of the whole class to humiliate me... And as for from men, well a cock up the arse will do that

  • I think men can be forcibly raped , especially if he is a - small skinny guy - for these guys are easily - manipulated , beaten up - and can be raped by a bigger and agressive woman ! thanks

  • FALSE. Rape is a forced act. You don't have to put forcibly there

  • Why can't a man get raped?

A guy who is physically or mentally disabled can't defend himself or necessarily give consent. How is that not rape?

A guy who is intoxicated by drug or alcohol can't necessarily give consent. How is that not rape?

I hate "feminists" who claim things can only happen to a woman but are too ignorant, uneducated or even too stupid to realize that such events are a two fold street. Don't scream about rape as a woman if you won't acknowledge the same can happen to a man.

  • I didn't think so and well no okay let me explain if a man is scared I mean scared of dying there is no way he will achieve an erection it's not possible now I have woke up quite a few times with a woman fucking the hell out of me and don't know how she ever got my clothes off or my dick hard or in her pussy or gotten on top of me with out waking me up now that could be considered rape especially if a guy done that to a girl right

    • Yes if We use the same rules that women apply to use that can still be considered rape but come on most men would be like fuck it and blow a lode and then go back to bed. The thing they fail to realize the majority of rape cases against men or boys has nothing to do with the boys penis its the ass that gets sodomized.

  • Of course they can be. I think this misconception comes from the fact that men have to have a physical reaction in order to have, but there's plenty of evidence to show men have this reaction when its unwanted all of the time. Being aroused is not consent, and therefore the most certainly can be taped.

  • Yes, males can be raped. They don’t have to have an erection to be sexually assaulted.

  • false

  • By women, not really, but maybe? She can have a strap on toy. . .

  • Of course it’s false.

Simple example being date rape drugs, quaaludes, benzos, GHB, etc. The male could be incapacitated and easily overpowered. Viagra and a cock ring or a bit of electro stimulation take care of his erection issues from the drugs.

There are also some very strong and/or well trained women out there and some pretty small/wimpy men out there which make the possibility of straight up violent rape plausible if uncommon.

The statement also doesn’t rule out homosexual rape, which certainly happens.

  • If you're analogy is based on the fact that men require an errection to have sex and if she can get him hard he's excited and therefore it's not rape well I got a bit of info for you: errections are not always at will.
If a woman that is completely hideous even disease ridden plays around with a man's dick as he begs her to stop his dick will be hard it's out of his hand and she can force herself on him assuming he's restrained enough but that's how rape works so he'll likely be restrained.

  • mm I don't want to say it's false, but the statics show that it's woman who are more likely to be victims of raped. Most rape cases happen by men, most sexual assault and abuse cases have the man being the attacker. Some of the most infamous rapist, murderers, molesters etc of men, women, and children in criminal history are men. I'm sorry but that's the truth. Men are physically stronger than women on average which is why such things occur to women a lot more often. If a woman does rape a man, it is because he is either, A. mentally impaired, B. a child. C. forced by weapon D. drugged E. involved in adult/teenager relationship which is issued as a statutory rape case G. Elderly. Those are the possible main reasons, other wise most women do not have the physical strength or stature to force or hold down the average weight or height of a male. Women know this which why most rape cases involve the woman being rapped and not men. Men on average are taller, bigger, and stronger, that's why when we see women get into a physical altercation with a man the outcome a lot of times is not in the woman's favor. Men can hold a woman down with or without a weapon, a single punch to the face/head from a man can knock a woman out or crack her skull.

This has nothing to do with saying your pain is lesser than mine cause our of sex, and more to do with just being truthful and looking at the facts. There's visual evidence of this everyone on you tube. I feel like a lot guys who are saying false are saying this as a way to push or get back at women. Especially towards feminist and the me too movement who they feel like have claim a lot of men's integrity and reputation. We have to be honest about this, any other time men are telling us daily that women are not physically equal to them especially when we get put in our place. But now I see that's being thrown out the window in the comments as well as logic, which is something a lot men use to get their point across to women. Which one is it, are men the stronger sex or not? It's just simply not common, but there seems to be this drive from a lot of men to make it more common than it is. Am I saying it doesn't happen? No.

    • You have to take into account that the unreported cases are believed to me much, much higher among men. Not to mention that it's very common for men to not even realize that what happened to them was in fact rape, especially when it's done by a woman. Women get raped more (excluding certain specific groups) but they also get a lot more support when it happens. And since the questions was whether or not men can't get falsible raped at all, then the answer is false, regardless of how common or uncommon it is.

    • @AD240pCharlie Actually a lot male rapist get off Scott free cause a lot of women aren't willing to come forth cause they are scared. A lot of raped victims don't feel comfortable coming forth cause feel threatened or will wait for other victims to come forward.
