How to slow down boobs from sagging?

I just wanna know about it over hands, Im 21 and I have stepped from a B-cup to a C-cup recently, and I am not sure if its because my boobs got bigger or they just started to sag a little since they used to be more perky.

Are there any recommend ways firm them up or slow it down?

Ps. I might be over reacting tho... I don't know

  • Obviously no expert (i think thats a given) but i have some experience. I think having a good bra really helps, if you can support that weight it causes less stress of the tissue over time... imagine you have a pillow and you hold it by one end and swing it around.. all the stuffing will go to the bottom... if you do the same and support the bottom it won't... I don't know probably crap but it makes sense

  • I have a friend that has a lotion she puts on hers hers look perky and firm i will ask her she told me once what it did but I must of not have beenn paying attention because I don't remember lol

  • I would ask a professional

    • upper body exercises can be done with or without equipment. to promote strength in your chest, back, shoulders, neckline and arms.
    • which can reduce or slow breast sag to some degree. while also reducing some muscle pain from carrying the weight of the breasts. since breasts are mostly a mix of fat and muscle tissue.
    • Calisthenics are a good starting point.

  • Bras are actually not healthy for your breasts since they weaken the tissue holding your breasts. It makes that tissue "lazy" basically since the bra is doing all the job so your breasts end up sagging more without bras. I think I heard there are some exercises to reduce sagging but don't expect miracles.

  • It really depends on the person but one way is to wear you bra cause gravity is the main culprit

  • Walk around on your hands for a few hours a day

  • Think you are good if you wear bras. Working out helps I hear.

  • They'll start to have gravity effects the bigger they are, but frankly that's not a bad thing, especially to those who enjoy big sizes. I'd think lots of pectoral workouts would help though.
