By body manipulation, I mean what others would call masturbation. The act of artificially inducing a series of muscular contraction with an ejection of body fluids (males) or vaginal discharges (females).

Since it is not a naturally occurring phenomenon, they are a manipulative and conscious interaction and thus I call them body manipulations.

It is like with everything in life. If used with moderation, it is just okay but if you abuse, it is definitely harmful to your health.

Manipulating your body to induce those unnecessary spasms once or twice a month is probably fine. However, I would be more cautious about doing it more often as it may become an addiction just like any other addiction. Drugs, cigarettes, gambling, gaming and a number of others start the same and then it is impossible to abandon the devastating effects without professional help and detox cures.

So, if you have to manipulate your body, do it in full knowledge that it may harm your health more than be beneficial to it.

Personally, I don't lower myself to perform those manipulations since I don't see the use of it. They don't bring me anything that in life that would be worth wasting my time.
