I did have a six pack when the same age as you... was a serving British Army paratrooper... obviously very high fitness standards must be maintained , esp for airborne troops , plus was into boxing , Muay Thai , Lethwei & other combat sports. Late 30's / 40's it is very tough to maintain these and even fit guys in the same age range mostly end up with at least a bit of a spare tyre... I admit to this too !! It depends in really what You want to be honest. If You want someone fun and exciting then go with a younger man around Your age. If You want someone whom is financially secure, dependable, traditional, understanding, and a communicator then by all means make an older man happy.

It is relatively common. Same with younger men being drawn to older women for their various reasons. Since for you it is purely a sexual interest I doubt a meaningful relationship with someone older would be of any genuine interest for you. It is more or less merely a conquest thing for you and that is perfectly normal.
