I just don't understand the evolutionary advantage to getting with him. It's not in female biological design to be interested in males of this physical state. He has bad genes, short, facial deformities, maybe little to no sex life, can't speak well. So why?

A woman like this could get any guy. She appears to be curvy, good breast size, nice jawline, fertile skin tone. Women like this normal breed with tall alpha males.

My take away is that she has a fetish for guys like this. My second theory is that she's mentally ill or depressed in some way that distorts her perception of reality. Considering they have been together for 4 years it must be both issues.
