NO, I would leave a girl just because she won't get on top... there are sooo many ways and positions to have sex that "girl-on-top" is not a necessary thing at all... but there maybe other issues "he" has that is causing him to feel like he needs to find someone else, or maybe you are reading more into it than there actually is, but love is not about a sex position, and if the position is more important than the love, there are problems that need worked out anyway... and maybe finding someone new is the best way to do it. this is NOT advice on what you or he should do, but only an opinion based on the question...
