You have NO RIGHT to 'Privacy' in public places, under the law, in the US. People can look, and even take pictures, of anyone, in public places, and it is totally legal!!

Well if you post a picture like that online is because you probably feel comfortable with the people that will interact with it, but if random people just stare at it in public it's uncomfortable

What if they like you, and like the pic, and then send it to 20 other people, with the best intent, like "She's SOOOO CUTE and HOT!" and then they send it to 10 people each, with "look at this 'hottie" and next thing you know, you are 'trending' and then your parents and grandparents see that, because some 'friend' recognizes you!!
