More like a scam, the "adult stuff" probably installed a trojan or phishing or some other virus.
If you click it they will most likely steal private data, contacts in your phone, passwords, credit card infos...
I think its best not to risk anything and reset your phone and install everything new, maybe an antivirus can also help

Its a joke, or a trojen horse trying to extort money from you, or to get you to click on whatever they want so they can steal your info. They try to scare you by claiming your system is corrupt - DON'T click on anything!! Just close out the tab, and get a VPN. What sites are you visiting that you have that shit pop up? -- What's wrong with sticking to safe ones like: pornhib, xtube, xvideo, xhamster, etc?
That's a scam ad that uses javascript to make a pop up message appear. Usually it takes you to the play store to try to make you download some shitty antivirus app that tells you there's viruses so you pay to clean your system.
There's very few android viruses and most phone security updates have made them obsolete.

Clicking on anything installs a virus. If you can't close the window, go to task manager and close the program that way.
