Man body and female body fully clothed, they don't have to what it looks like , just where it's located. Say the actual true name of body parts (vagina, penis , butt , Breast) not made up one's. Talk about "consent" and how you have to ask permission to touch people on private parts and tell them that they don't have to let no one touch them if they don't want to be touched and to tell you if they were. 4 year olds are curious so whatever you saying they're going to be interested in, you're just going to have to say it in a way they can comprehend it. Be reassuring. Always say, "That's a very good question." Your child should feel good about coming to you for answers. Make sure you understand every question. For example, "Where did I come from?" may simply mean "Where was I born?"Give a simple response. If you're unhappy with your answer, don't hesitate to go back and clarify it. Keep the lines of communication open. After you've given an answer, ask your child whether you cleared up her confusion.

Though I have no child but know what sex education or lack of it can have positive and negative effect on life. I have discussed it in detail with my wife how to educate our kid, when born, and what should be the appropriate age. When we were in adolescent, like every child, had curiosity in mind but unfortunately our society didn't allow parents and elders to teach us about sex. I personally think that from the early stage kids should be allow to see parents nude body, and with the passage of time, they should be taught what is sex, prevention from diseases and pregnancy etc.

I guess this is the right age to tell about them... Because, They won't feel any hesitation. If they grow up, They might hesitate
