If he laughs he is probably an idiot, you really shouldn't date a guy who is going to laugh at you when you get naked for him (and it would be stupid of him to do so). That aside, I highly doubt its going to be an issue. Hell he is more likely to prefer it, most likely to be indifferent (boobs and nipples are boobs and nipples, most men are not picky), and the least likely probability is he will have an issue with it enough to laugh. Chances are they are normal and your just insecure (we always notice flaws in ourselves that no one else sees, just human nature I guess.). In short you will be fine.
