Do we need anymore letters than LGBT?

What’s Q stand for? What’s the use of any other letters? Seems like Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Trans is enough. Honestly Lesbian and Gay could be combined.

We need to replace the name completely with an all-encompassing word that refers to all non-hetero sexualities and non-cis genders.
It used to be the gay community, then it turned into LGB to better represent more of the people in it, but there's other minorities like pan and trans, but you can't just keep adding letters it's clearly not working as a name for the communities.
