Sounds dangerous if you ask me, when you give him a hand job he might manipulate/guilt you into doing more, even pay you possibly. If not that he may force you if your alone saying he paid a lot for dinner so he deserves more so I wouldn't.

If you do decide to do it and give him a hand job, do it in public but discretly but not alone.
