It happens but so do many things in the world so it's hard to say what is normal and not. Biologically speaking incest is not desirable but it is not impossible for us to get confused and in the wild animals often engage in incest.

I've read a study once that on some level the children at some point have a desire for their parents. I don't know how true it is so I don't know how normal it is. Rest assured you shouldn't act on it at all.
