If you really like him and are willing to work through this with him then I suggest some reverse phychology.
Here is what I suggest. Try bringing it up as though you were the one who had an accident. Tell him the same way he should tell you. He is very embarassed and its a fragile subject. Start by saying, “ Baby I want talk about something but its embarrassing for me. I think I might of had an accident last night and wet the bed. Even laugh a little to break the ice. He might laugh a little too. Most likely he will save you from your humiliation and admit that it is he who has a small issue with bed wetting. You can help induce this by re-stating how you understand its embarassing, its our secret and nobody elses, and that you do understand. The other action I suggest is both of you using the bathroom before bedtime. Make it something y'all remind each other of, you dont have to go together, its more about letting him know you have his back and are his woman and you care about him. Dont bring up anything negative such as, “dont worry babe, I won't think less of you or make fun of you”. Because thats exactly what he will think when you say it. Trust me on this. You seem like a great girl. He will be proud to have such a girl.

If you love someone enough then you can work your way through the performance anxiety. My boyfriend and I have got through his premature ejaculation issues and they're rare now. But it's no reason to give up on someone.
As for wetting the bed, it's something I've never grown out of and I frequently wake up wet. My boyfriend hasn't done it since childhood, but it would be hypocritical of me to break up if he had an accident when I have them so often myself.
