Sore throat from oral?

I gave my boyfriend oral with a condom on and it had lube on. This was on Monday. It’s Thursday now and my throat is feeling dry. Could it be from this or because my flat is really warm and I sleep with my mouth open? 😩 I’m confused. We both have taken STD tests and their all clear. Could it be the lube or?
