3 inches and below (Tiny/Micropenis) - I wouldn't give any dick this tiny the time of day because it would be a waste of time. No offense to men this size, but sex with them would feel like inserting my tampons. With a dick this small, I might as well be a lesbian.
4-5 inches (Small) - Without assistance from very specific sex positions or props such as pillows to add more elevation, dicks this small don't provide much pleasure because they're too short to reach the G-spot. Also, men around this size are typically downers because they're often paranoid about their size.
6-7 inches (Medium) - Dicks this size can provide pleasure and reach the G-spot without assistance in any position and, when fully aroused and wet, the vagina doesn't have to prepare much for them. That makes them ideal for fast and rough sex right off the bat.

As for girth, because many guys have considered me tight, I never cared too much for girth enough to truly measure what is too big or small for me. However, I would guess that if the fully erect dick can easily slide inside a toilet paper roll, then it's too skinny. I can't provide a precise measurement of what that girth is, but if I had to guess, it's probably less than 5 inches around. During sex, when fully aroused, with my walls stretched and vagina wet, the dick would feel "lost" inside me due to providing much less friction. If the dick is as thick as my wrist, something I've experienced a couple of times in my life, then the sex would be uncomfortable no matter how aroused I am probably because I'm not used to taking something that thick regularly.
