One thing worth noting - I've noticed from watching too much porn that girls with hip-dips while clothed- They look better naked than the girls rounder hips, especially so in various sex positions. I'd agree the are only slightly less attractive when clothed, but not enough to sway any opinion of overall sexiness, other than I'd probably still prefer the hip dip girl.
