Yes they are. But they're not only sexual organs.
They are the only mammary glands of the animal kingdom that stay in large even when the mother is not lactating. The speculation is that this is a signal of her health and fertility. So they are a sexual signal in that sense.
The nipples are also an erogenous zone, and some women can even orgasm just from nipple stimulation.
And then, of course, there is the function of feeding the children.

So I would say that they are equally sexual organs as well as organs for nurturing

Dunno, I’m a bit dubious about it. I think it’s all about context, a nursing mum is mainly sweet, not sexual. A stroll on a beach in Spain with roughly half of all the ladies top free is not sexually exiting either... But then again, touching my own lady’s boobs of having them shoved in my face, definitely sexy !!!

No. I think they're sole purpose (biologically speaking) has nothing to do with sex or reproduction, but to feed rug rats.

No but men find them attractive because they are feminine and they are meant for feeding babies so it indicates high fertility. Men are naturally wired to be attracted to the most feminine women who they can mate with.

It's a controversial topic. Most studies now state that they are not, but they were considered to be a part of the reproductive system for a while. I got into this random drunken debate about this in college lol.
