I know we should never label a girl or anyone, but what would you consider a slutty girl?

Slutty is someone who has sex with anyone around.
Picks her best option and goes for it.
I don't think it's a bad thing.
Women don't like sluts because sluts reduce the value of sex, if men can have sex with sluts there is no need to try hard with them. Men don't like sluts because it means a woman slept with 100 guys and either you weren't in her top 100, or you were not much better than the other 100.
I think the sex is sacred idea is a minority opinion.

An "easy" girl is one who has a casual attitude to sex - a porn star, if you will.

A "slutty" girl is one who will sleep with all your friends, or your dad, to get back at you for leaving her.
