Do you listen to the radio in bed at night, or do you prefer it quiet?

Most nights, I go to sleep with silence, helps me sleep better and it's easier to let thoughts run through my mind before I actually drift off, which I like.
That said, some nights I feel really restless or stressed or upset, and those are the nights I listen to music to sleep. I prefer to just keep one song on repeat on those nights, and usually I have a very easy time knowing which song fits my mood to help me sleep. So it plays all night, and I wake up with that song playing softly still, and it's a nice feeling.
For some reason I always have the music on for naps. I sleep so good if it's the middle of the afternoon and I've got some good music going. I also like to listen to music in the background pretty much all the time when I'm awake and relaxing.

Not the radio, but I do play music on Spotify off of my phone. Music does help put me to sleep.

I listen to podcasts, normally about theology or history. I fall quickly asleep to that haha

I like it, but I use a fan instead now. I used to listen to the radio when I slept when I was little though. But there's some music I don't like listening to on the radio when I'm trying to sleep.

I can't listen to music, especially if it's something I know well. I just end of singing along or getting all hyped. Lol. I do need some type of fan or air conditioner on though for the white noise.

In bed at night, I prefer the soothing sound of a fan running. Talking on the radio would be too distracting to sleep

No, I don't play any music/radio. I used to but it would keep me from fully resting and would get into my dreams somehow. I prefer the sound of a fan though, not total quiet.

Songs are better in the radio because you can't pick your favourite song.
The only issue is the host talking at,,,'key' moments.
