No, I've never said that. Mainly because I haven't had sex.
As to per why is a certain kind of "tightness" more enjoyable, I haven't read up on what kinds of pressures are perceived as pleasurable and which painful and which non pleasurable because of the lack of said tightness.
I'd imagine it has something to do with interacting with nerve endings, but anything more and it'd be pure speculation.
