I'm not sure on this one really. But I've loved underwear since I was little and still do. But I wouldn't ever call it a fetish, just a love for undergarments personally (both guys and women's if you're wondering). But if you're wanting an answer, well, I can't really tell which is more common. But since most lingerie is made by men, used panties are sold to men, undergarments might be bought by men and worn then I'd have to say it might be guys. But there are women who do enjoy boxers, trunks, jockstraps, etc. so there is that to consider too.
