As a woman who two years ago had breast reduction surgery done , I simply cannot understand why women have to pneumatically pump themselves up to such ridiculous sizes.

I prefer fatty tissue over silicone. Plus if you're fake on the outside it usually means that you are fake on the inside too. Now if you have a mastectomy or suffer a horrible injury that removes all or a portion of your breast; I don't mind the implants in those cases.

They're fake and hard. And eventually you'll have to have them removed. And it's costly, and there's a lot of pain involved. Such a waste.
It's quite sad when a woman thinks her value is somehow wrapped up in her tits.
