I've been trying to figure out how to label all kinds of weird things about myself for years, including exactly what you're talking about.
Recently, I got a huge sense of relief when I told myself, "Look, I desire these things, feel these ways, blah, blah, blah. I can't figure out how to label them."
So, the lightbulb came on and I told myself, "I'm me. I don't have to label anything. I can just describe who I am and what I want."
Nobody cared about labels except myself, anyway.
It's been a really big relief for me to just say, "I'm me!"

Romantic interest and sexual attraction can be two different things, and there's actually terms for that! You could be bisexual (being attracted to men and women) and heteroromantic (only romantically attracted to the opposite gender). It might sound weird to people who haven't heard these terms before, but I encourage you to look into it!
