What do you make of the British "pandemic sex guidelines"? And would you still be willing to have sex with these regulations?

Here in the UK, sexual health charity The Terrence Higgins Trust has published guidelines dictating that people should avoid kissing and oral sex, wear face masks during sex for the foreseeable future, and choose positions that aren't face-to-face during sex. The best sexual partner during the pandemic is "yourself or someone you live with", the Trust says; with masturbation, using sex toys, or participating in phone or online sex, still recommended as the safest options. Though the charity's finally acknowledged that "it is unrealistic to expect people to stop having sex indefinitely", it still asserts that "it's important to limit the number of partners", and also dictates that all people must wash their hands for more than 20 seconds and/or use hand sanitizer, both before and after sex.
What do you make of the British pandemic sex guidelines? And would you still be willing to have sex with these regulations?
So then, what do you make of these "sex regulations"? Would you, or anyone else, restrict yourself to these rules, accepting a bunch of people dictating to you that you should never be allowed to kiss anyone or experience oral sex again, along with ordering you to wear a face mask in bed and never be allowed to have sex in the missionary position either? And indeed, dictating that everyone should ideally be forced to limit themselves to masturbation, sex toys and/or sex chats? And if anyone brought up these guidelines before you had sex with them, and refused to do any of these things with you (no kissing, oral, face-to-face sex positions, sex without wearing a face mask, or touching anything without using hand sanitizer for more than 20 seconds immediately beforehand and afterwards), on the basis that "we could get coronavirus if we do", how turned off would you be?
