Depends... If her face is ugly it doesn't matter how fat or thin they are... Unless they are anorexic then definitely (to me) ugly if petite or average size with a pretty face then yeah looks good.

Yeah I agree some movements although well intentioned seem to swing too far one direction and alienate others and sometimes body positivity falls into that trap. Personally I really find skinny girls attractive and I think they are shamed or undervalued now days and that’s sad and not right
