I need help ! I live in Alabama and I'm 22 years old and I think I've possibly gotten a 17 year old pregnant. She's a senior in highschool I met her at a gas station she works at. I didn't nut in her so it was probably pre cum if anything, we started with a condom then took it off. She missed her period and it was supposed to start Tuesday and it still hasn't come so am I going to jail? I think the consent age is 16 in Alabama I'm not sure tho. I looked up a few things and it said to wait at least a week to get accurate results on a pregnancy test. I fucked up and I'm honestly not ready for a child and she doesn't want to get an abortion she says she doesn't believe in them so what should I do?

First thing is to get her two pregnancy tests 24 hours apart. If they're positive, then you wait until a paternity test is viable. At that time, if you're the father, you need to step up financially and hopefully be part of the child's life.

I would say she will have her period again just wait couple more days. after one week pay the pregnant test thing and check. make sure she didn’t sleep with other men and make you believe the ba ay is yours take dna if she has any child

If she’s pregnant and delivers and raises the child what you will do is be a father. Seems unlikely from your description but it’s not impossible. How much of a father you will be is up to you, but you will be liable for support. I hope you will be more involved.

Choice is up to you. Girls aren't likely to be consistent in terms of having their period arrive on an exact day. Lots of things can affect its timing; like stress. Just because she misses it completely doesn't mean 100% pregnant either. It happens. She'll tell you "I've never missed; never been late", but just like sex, there's a first time for everything. Personally I think you're both overreacting at this point. But who am I to say? Get a test; put your mind at ease.

The age of consent in your state is 16. You’re not going to jail. She could be pregnant though. You obviously should have pulled out a little sooner. A moment of pleasure can become a lifetime of responsibility. She’s not late enough to panic yet. If her period is a week late, then you should be concerned and get a home test from a drug store.
