I personally have never been put into an position where I slept with an guy while I was drunk UNLESS I wanted it sober too. So maybe I dont have the best of views on the subject but I feel like it's okay. Providing she isn't tripping all over herself and isn't so intoxicated that she can't make the best of decisions.

Consent can only be given when one is completely sober and sane. If they’re drunk, they’re not fully conscious of their decisions. You’re taking advantage of their inebriated state in order to gain consent, something that’s in your favor (since you presumably want sex in this instance). Simply put, that’s sexual assault if you have sex with a drunk person.

Society will tell you no, because unlike males who are held accountable for their choices and actions even while black out drunk... “strong and independent” females are incapable if making any proper decisions with even a sniff of alcohol and need to be coddled by society when they make stupid decisions on their own.

Society believes that even black out drunk males make better decisions than slightly inebriated females.

That says a lot about the mental capabilities of each sex.
